In the event of a substantial (ie price) change in an order due to an error, inaccuracy or omission, we will make a reasonable effort to contact you prior to continuing the order process. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase before your order is canceled, HHTF shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card. If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to HHTF following the process outlined in the following Return/Refund Policy.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any item (excluding fish)which has not been opened or used for Exchange or Refund. HHTF is unable to accept returns, or issue refunds, on opened or used products.

When shipping an item back to us, we recommend you use the same method we used to deliver your purchase (generally UPS, except for very large or heavy items which may require Motor Freight). All items must be returned to the farm address unless otherwise directed by HHTF. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Shipping will only be refunded or reimbursed due to an error on the part of HHTF. Under all circumstances, call (231) 389-2514 prior to returning the merchandise, in order to expedite appropriate action to process the exchange or return.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to fully process if check or credit card was used to make original purchase.

WARRANTY

All of our products are protected by their manufacturer’s warranty. In the event that an item requires warranty service, please contact HHTF at (231) 389-2514. We will assist you in determining the best course to achieve warranty repair or replacement.
